Our Facilities

TECO LIMITED offices are air-conditioned with standby generators and 24-hour security. They are equipped with modern furniture, telephones and Internet access.

Projects undertaken in our office are executed on a Task Force basis, where the Project Task Force (PTF) is allocated a suite of adjacent offices. This approach ensures the Project Task Force is self-sufficient and maximizes day-to-day communications and operations to meet client requirements. Client personnel and project personnel are allocated offices commensurate with their individual grades and project needs. Senior personnel are allocated private offices; project-engineering grades are accommodated in open plan type offices to maintain flexibility in meeting changes in project needs.

 Our office is currently equipped as follows:

4 x Computer-Aided Drafting stations

1 x Engineering Design station

1 x Project Management/Planning station

1 x Accounting/Cost Control station

16 x Networked Workstations.


   Peripherals

   Systems are standardized for interchangeability and comprise:

3 x Summagraphics A3 Digitisers for use on CAD

2 x HP laser printer

5 x HP deskjet colour printer                                                                         

1 x Roland A3 plotter

   Software:

All computers are equipped with the necessary software.
